This module explains the practical management of staff in public hospitals in Punjab, Pakistan. It covers employment status, administrative authority, duty rosters, attendance, leave, performance, professional conduct, staff grievances and disciplinary proceedings under the Punjab Employees Efficiency, Discipline and Accountability Act 2006—the PEEDA Act.
